Unified Rotating Universe Theory (URUT) posits that cosmic spacetime and all matter contained within it are fundamentally defined by universal angular momentum. In this model, nothing is static: rotation is the core harmonic principle connecting quantum spins, planetary orbits, galactic arms, and the overarching geometry of the universe itself.
